Shivani Attri
Shivani Attri is an artist, a Yoga teacher and a student of Sanskrit and Vedanta. Hailing from a scenic village in the midst of dense forests and snow-clad mountains of Himachal Pradesh, she graduated in biosciences, worked in the aviation industry and was a hobby pilot before she found her calling for art. She studied fine arts at Sir J J School of Art, Mumbai, and has been painting for the last ten years.
She mostly works with acrylics on canvas and loves to depict Indic topics and themes from Sanskrit texts. Her paintings carry a natural essence which she attributes to her growing up in the lap of mother nature
With her creations she pushes the boundaries of traditional subjects by infusing fresh perspective. With an unwavering passion for art, she continues to evolve as an artist.
